Huon Valley, Tasmania

On my quest to find some beautiful autumn scenes in Tasmania we also drove to the Huon Valley, another nearby region with scenic landscapes.

As a side trip and at the end of the valley we ended up on a great rainforest bathing, sorry hike. On this short but beautiful hike to Duckhole Lake, there were no autumn colors but lots of lush green scenes. Great to photograph and watch.

Overall Tasmania is such an epic place for photography. It offers many different landscapes, seasons and weather conditions. It’s a place where I’d definitely return for another trip (or maybe several trips).
